We do not take the following forms of payment:
CODs or Personal Checks.

We collect a billing name, address, and phone number for your security. These must match the information on your credit card monthly billing statement. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Authorization Process and Holds on Credit and Debit Cards.
Your credit or debit card will not be -charged until your item(s) are shipped, at which time we will email you tracking information.
Before your item(s) shipped, your debit or credit card statement will show an authorization hold on your credit or debit card. This hold secures the funds but is not charged until your order ships. This pending charge is an initial hold that temporarily lowers your available balance.
Your bank or credit card company determines the exact amount of time until funds are cleared.
If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will expire following the terms of your bank or financial institution. Please get in touch with your bank or financial institution for further details.

A credit card security code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is a three or four-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card.
The security code will be required for our online and phone-purchased credit card purchases.

We have a doll hospital for a charge.
If your doll should need repair, as most toys have a life span, harm, legs, or hair filling, we will do it at the cost of shipping and repairs to you, the customer.
